Sometimes I have feelings about Alex Morgan. Sometimes I rant about them on the radio. Recorded 2.15.12 for Swirl Radio.
I respectfully disagree. It may have taken 88 minutes for her to score, but it took all our other players…well…they never did score. I’m not her biggest fan, but let’s give credit where it’s due.
I don’t see the problem in being a pressure player, to be honest. She’s clutch but a workhorse, this is basically analogous to the argument that people give against Derek Jeter. It seems strange to complain for how they do when it doesn’t matter, because when it does, they pull through. Just my two cents.
